Terms and Conditions for HisWill

Welcome to HisWill! By accessing and using our website and app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms- By using the HisWill platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Service.
Changes to Terms- We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. We will notify users of significant changes, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration-To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of your account information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
Eligibility- You must be at least [13/18] years of age to use the Service. By accessing and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
User-Generated Content and Behavior- Responsibility for Content: You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and to comply with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share on the platform.
Objectionable Content: HisWill maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, harmful, or objectionable content. If you encounter content that violates these terms, you can report it by using the Report button.
Action on Reports: The developer is required to act on any reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. This includes removing the content and ejecting the user who posted it from the platform. Repeated violations may result in the user being permanently banned from the service.
Flagging Content: Users can flag content they believe violates these terms or the community guidelines. We take reports seriously and will act on flagged content within 24 hours by removing it and, if necessary, suspending or banning the offending user.
Zero-Tolerance Policy- We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable or abusive content. By using the Service, you agree to adhere to this policy and understand that violations may lead to account termination and removal of content.
Reporting and Moderation- If you encounter any content that you find inappropriate or abusive, you can report it using the Report button. We are committed to acting on reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and, if necessary, banning the user associated with it. Users found guilty of abusive behavior may have their accounts permanently banned after more than two confirmed reports.
Terms of Use- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not engage in any activities that disrupt the operation of the Service or infringe on others' rights.

Premium Features- Some features of the Service require a subscription. By subscribing to premium features, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees, which may change from time to time. You will be notified of any changes in advance.
Payment and Billing- For paid services, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Payments will be processed through Apple and Google directly.
Termination of Account- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the Service.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability- The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or functionality within the platform. In no event shall HisWill be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Huntsville, Texas.
