End-User License Agreement (EULA) for HisWill
Effective Date: February 3, 2025
This End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you, the user ("User" or "you"), and HisWill, a private social media platform ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the HisWill application (the "App") and its associated services, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, you must refrain from using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App. This Agreement applies to all users, including those who access the App as guests or registered users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least [13/18] years old to use the App. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, HisWill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your mobile device, computer, or other compatible devices solely for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Private Content and User-Generated Content
Private Content: HisWill is a private social media platform, and all content shared within the app is visible only to people you follow. You can only see content from users you have accepted as friends or followers. This ensures that your feed is completely private, and users must approve connections before sharing content.
Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, or share on the App. You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and not to post, share, or distribute any content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: HisWill maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable or abusive content. By using the App, you agree to adhere to this policy and understand that violations may lead to account termination and removal of content.
Reporting: If you encounter any inappropriate content, you can flag or report it. We are committed to acting on reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided the harmful content. This action is in line with our efforts to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
6. Reporting and Flagging Content
Flagging Content: Users can flag content they believe violates these terms or the community guidelines. We take reports seriously and will act on flagged content within 24 hours. The offending content may be removed, and the user responsible may face temporary or permanent suspension based on the severity of the violation.
7. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated this Agreement, the community guidelines, or any other applicable rules. You may also terminate your account by following the account deletion instructions in the App.
8. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its content, design, and functionality, are owned by HisWill or our licensors. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App without our express permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties or representations. HisWill does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App’s content or features. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to this EULA, you also consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy. [Link to Privacy Policy]
11. Amendments
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any updates will be posted on the App or website with the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes to the Agreement are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Huntsville, Texas.

14. Code of Conduct
Zero Tolerance Policy: HisWill maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive content and behavior. Any user found guilty of violating this policy by uploading harmful, harassing, or abusive content may have their account permanently banned after two or more reports.
Blocking and Banning: Users who violate our terms may be blocked or banned, and their content may be removed. The decision will be based on the severity of the offense.
